1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eCRM at ecrm.data-info.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

eCRM is a cloud-based email outreach and CRM platform that allows users to manage leads, create campaigns, and send emails via connected sender accounts (Gmail, Outlook, SMTP).

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

One account per person. You may not share account credentials with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use eCRM to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable email regulations
• Send emails to purchased, scraped, or non-consenting lists
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware or phishing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service

5. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (USA), GDPR (EU), and CASL (Canada). You must include an unsubscribe mechanism in all marketing emails.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to eCRM. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

eCRM is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
