Email sender credentials: If you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. We never store your Google or Microsoft password.

Lead data: Contact information (names, email addresses, company, title, phone) that you import into the platform.

Usage data: Campaign statistics, email send/open/click/reply events, and general platform usage logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the eCRM service
• To send emails on your behalf via connected sender accounts
• To track campaign performance (opens, clicks, replies)
• To authenticate and secure your account
• To communicate service updates and support responses

4. Google OAuth & Gmail Data

When you connect a Gmail account, eCRM requests permission to send email on your behalf (gmail.send scope). We use this access exclusively to send campaign emails you configure.

We do not read, store, or analyse the content of your Gmail inbox. We do not share Gmail data with third parties.

Your use of Google APIs is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers in the EU. OAuth tokens and SMTP credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored in the database.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, rate limiting, and JWT-based authentication.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
